How much does your service cost?

Pricing & Payment Information 
$50 per person (Minimum spend: $500 per party)
Price includes all fees (except gratuity & travel costs)
Gratuity: A 20% tip is recommended for our chefs
Payment Method: Cash only (due on the day of the event)
alternative Payment: If another payment method is needed, the bill must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the event
For travel fees and special requests, please contact us for a customized quote.

What Time Will the Chef Arrive?

Our chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes before your reservation time to ensure a smooth and timely start.
Setup is quick and seamless, taking only a few minutes.
Please ensure the cooking area is ready so the chef can begin on time.
If you have any special setup requests or timing concerns, feel free to let us know in advance!

Do You Cook Indoors?

Yes! Our team is trained to cook both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a perfect hibachi experience no matter the setting.
You can enjoy your meal on a terrace, balcony, under an awning, or even inside your dining room.
If we are cooking indoors, please make sure to:
Remove smoke detector batteries (to prevent false alarms).
Cover any sprinklers in the cooking area.
Our chefs prioritize safety and cleanliness while delivering an amazing dining experience. Let us know your setup preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest!

What Are the Payment Methods?

Our preferred payment method is cash on the day of the event, along with a deposit prior to secure your booking.
Cash Payment: Due on the day of the event.
Credit Card Payment: We accept corporate cards (subject to processing fees), and payment must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Other Payment Methods: If you require a different payment method, let us know in advance, and we can discuss available options.
We aim to make the payment process smooth and convenient for you! 

What Is the Cancellation Policy?

Free Cancellation: If canceled at least 2 days before the event.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding! 

What if you don't enough of 10 people?

We require a $500 minimum per party, but don’t worry—you’ll still get your money’s worth!
If you have fewer than 10 guests, you will receive food portions equivalent to 10 people, so nothing goes to waste.
You can share extra portions with your guests or save them for later.
For any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out—we’re here to make your hibachi experience unforgettable! 

Do You Set Up Tables and Chairs?

No, we do not provide or set up tables and chairs.
What We Provide: A chef, grill, food, sake, and exciting entertainment! 
What You Need to Provide: Tables, chairs, utensils, plates, drinks, and any additional table setups.
For the best experience, please have everything ready before the chef arrives. Let us know if you have any questions! 

Do You Cook with Nuts or Sesame allergies?

No, our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products.
We take food allergies seriously and strive to accommodate dietary needs.
Please inform the booking agent of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, let the staff member know during the booking process! 

Can You Accommodate Gluten-Free?

Yes! We can accommodate gluten-free dietary needs.
We ask guests to provide their own gluten-free soy sauce for the chef.
If you need the chef to provide gluten-free soy sauce, please let us know in advance.
We are happy to make adjustments to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for everyone! 

What If Someone Does Not Eat Meat?

No problem! We offer tofu as a delicious alternative for vegetarian and vegan guests.
Plant-based options include tofu, extra vegetables, salad, and noodles.
Our chefs ensure a high-quality, flavorful meal without meat.
We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences—just let us know when booking!
